We have virtually everything you need for your 2-Way radio (wireless) system.

Omni Communications West has a minimum purchase of $100.00 per order. Please fax your request for prices or orders to the Internet Sales Division at (702) 362-8345.

To request pricing bids, most of our customers use their own form as it indicates details specific to their business such as procurement and legal requirements. For your convenience,we have included forms sales and rental proposals. Simply print the form, fill it out and fax the request to our Internet Sales Division at (702) 362-8345. Requesting Pricing Quotes - Bids

1. Please fill out the forms as detailed as possible. Include information such as:

• Complete Customer Information including contact person and phone numbers.
  
• Provide the quantity you are requesting a quote on. This is imperative as we base our pricing on the quantity of the order.
  
• Provide detailed description of the product. Please include information such as:
  • Brand name you are requesting and/or if an equivalent product is acceptable.
  • Product model number and code if known.
  • Product specifications if model number and code are not known.
  • If programming is required. Please note, if programming is required you will need to supply us with detailed frequency details when you place your order.
    
• Sign the request or order form. We require a signature to process our request.
  
• Provide the closing date of the bid and time if applicable.
  
• Indicate if FCC licensing is required. We can assist you in the process.
  
• Indicate if you are tax exempt and provide your exemption number if applicable. Note, this is not required for Government accounts. Customers outside the State of Texas are exempt from Sales Tax.

2. Fax the completed form to the Omni Communications West, at (702) 362-8345.

3. Once your form is received, we will provide the quote and fax it back to you by the deadline date. If we have additional questions, we will contact you. If by any chance we cannot fulfill your bid, we will still fax it back to you with a "No Bid" comment on it.

Placing an order

The same basic procedures apply for placing an order as to requesting pricing information but you will need to include the following:

• Purchase Order number if applicable.
• Frequencies if available.
• Programming frequency information if applicable.
• Method of payment. Checks, money orders, certified checks and all major credit cards are accepted. Orders paid by check will be held until the check has cleared the bank. Similarly, orders will not be shipped until the certified check or money order is received. Please mail checks and money orders along with a copy of your order for to: Omni Communications West, P.O. Box 81715, Las Vegas, NV 89180-1715. Additional payment arrangements must be authorized in advance prior to the order being filled.
