TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices are per radio.
Rentals include: radio, antenna, battery, clip and charger.
OMNI Communications - West delivers and picks up all radios and accessories at a charge of $20.00 per order (Las Vegas only).
Radios come with two channels preprogrammed unless specified by the customer. This service is provided at no additional charge. A programming fee of $5.00 per radio will be charged for reprogramming the radios with the customers frequencies or additional channels. Customer must supply frequencies and PL tones upon placement of the order.
There is a two day minimum on the following dates: New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
Radio rental charges are payable up front. A credit card number or security deposit is required upon placement of the order.
The customer is responsible for returning radios and accessories in the same condition as they were received. The customer will be charged the replacement value of any lost, stolen or damaged product. An extended warranty is available for an additional cost to cover damaged products. The extended warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
